In Argentina, they use power like in Europe. 220 volt at 50 Hz. I don't know about their wall plugs. In Brazil, they use power like in America, 120 volt at 60 Hz. So, your web camera could be a problem if it plugs into the wall. Check the label on the power converter 'brick' if the cam plugs into the wall, besides just the computer.
